Frequently asked questions about pricing
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The new rate takes effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-month, we prorate the difference.
No. We bill month-to-month. We recommend a minimum of three months because meaningful change takes time, but you are never locked in. Cancel with 14 days notice before your next billing date.
If you pay for six months upfront, we take 10% off the total. For 12 months upfront, the discount is 15%. Contact us for an invoice.
We occasionally build custom engagements for businesses with unusual needs, for example a company going through an acquisition or a founder preparing to exit. Reach out and describe your situation. We will send you a tailored proposal within a week.
Prices shown are before applicable taxes. For Quebec-based clients, GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) will be added to your invoice. Clients outside Quebec pay GST/HST at the rate applicable to their province.
